Anika noni rose is an American performer and vocalist. The most famous role she has played is Tiana, Disney's first African American Princess. Disney Legend was bestowed upon her in the year 2011. Rose was in the role of Lorrell Robertson in Dreamgirls that won the Academy Award. Anika Noni Rose is an American actress, singer and model. Most famously, she is known for playing Tiana Disney's first African-American princess as she appeared in The Princess and the Frog (2009). Disney named her a Legend in the year 2011.
